On 2 July, Isabel Azevedo, chairman of Fricon’s board of directors, was awarded the 2019 AMP Entrepreneurship Award, which took place in the Archive Room of the Alfândega do Porto Congress Center, regarding the actions and initiatives for the year 2019.
This award, highlighted for the metropolitan area of Porto, more specifically to the Municipality of Vila do Conde, was attended by the Secretary of State for Commerce, Services and Consumer Protection, João Torres, who was representing the Minister of State, Economy and Digital Transition, Pedro Siza Vieira.
In this ceremony, several personalities who have positively impacted the creation of value for the territory of the Metropolitan Area of Porto (AMP) were honored.
Through this action, it was possible to encourage innovation, ambition, evolution and thus stimulate constant growth in the North and Greater Porto areas, which prove to be an important point in improving and highlighting public and private work and enterprise.
The AMP Entrepreneurship Award is merely symbolic, however it allows to congratulate and encourage a constant improvement and development for the entire community directly or indirectly involved by these national and international personalities.
