Fricon was present at Empower Minho 3.0, an event held by the University of Minho that took place on April 2 and 3, 2019.

This event is carried out in the scope of the creation and development of relations, increase and improvement of the network of contacts and still oriented to the career of the participants, as it is considered in this way a job fair. Thus, direct contact between the students and the companies is possible, knowing the students’ future ambitions and objectives for the market, as well as to understand the needs, characteristics and expectations of the companies facing their future candidates.

It was an enriching experience for the company, because we can make several contacts, realize a little of the students’ objectives, future purchasing decision makers that can and will influence the market, thus improving the institutional relationship of the organization with educational institutions and boosting its growth in the future.

This type of event adds value to the companies and also lets you get to know some of the potential future employees of the group.
