During the first quarter of 2018, several educational establishments visited Fricon on field trips. The high demand for these initiatives is due to the fact that the company has been referred to as one of the largest employers of the municipality of Vila do Conde, in addition to being a reference in the Portuguese metalworking and refrigeration industries.

Fricon is proud to welcome primary school and higher education students and professionals to their facilities to present everything from the manufacturing process to the entire development process for refrigeration solutions that have been implemented in over 110 countries.

These initiatives bring future professionals from areas such as engineering, the company fabric, and the exporter with Portuguese DNA closer together.
