Fricon was recognized by Exame magazine as one of the 1000 largest national SMEs in 2018, an honor that distinguishes national companies which are a reference in their sector and whose growth and results are compatible with this distinction.

According to Augusto Castelo Branco of Informa D&B, Portuguese companies are more sustainable, demonstrate a lower economic/financial risk, and have prepared themselves in a more solid and structured manner for a very volatile future with constant and various changes.

Also, these firms are now more prepared for new challenges and have a strong presence in the foreign market, thereby increasing the number of companies, the quantities exported, and their presence in more international markets.

Furthermore, Fricon solidified its status as “SME Leader 2018,” which has already occurred throughout more than 40 years of its history in the domestic, commercial, and industrial cooling sector.
