Dear Customers and Partners,

In view of the current scenario we are experiencing due to the constant evolution of the Covid-19 virus, we feel obliged to inform you that contingency measures are being implemented in accordance with instructions provided by WHO and DGS.

The health of our employees and support in the fight against this pandemic are, at the moment, Fricon’s top priority.

We decided to suspend the productive activity for 15 days, effective from the 23rd of March and, most of the employees, with functions that allow it, are on a teleworking regime.

Regarding the shipment of finished products and the supply of parts and accessories, we are guaranteeing minimum services in order to meet our commitments. However, there are measures that may be imposed on us that go beyond our control.

We ask for understanding and above all we hope that this whole situation will return to normal as soon as possible.

We only reinforce that we remain available to clarify any issue that arises, through the usual means.
