Paris Retail Week 2018

Paris Retail Week 2018 is a global European event for retail professionals, and Fricon was there to present its solutions.

This event took place on September 10 – 12, 2018, in pavilion 1 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles due to the success of its previous edition, which was attended by some of the main players in the online and offline retail sector.

The 2018 edition introduced SmartPhygital, the global, agile retail ecosystem wherein the industry learns and understands the opportunities provided by Artificial Intelligence so as to continuously enhance the customer’s experience.

Moreover, new distribution models, layout and design, the consumer’s path to purchase, omnichannel CRM, marketing shopper, etc. will be presented during this week.

This event will be attended by approximately 40,000 professionals, 800 companies, 350 speakers and will include 3 store visits and 11 awards.

For these professionals, Paris Retail Week will furnish solutions, services, and products in the following areas: IT for commerce, in-store digital retail technology, accessories and equipment store, payment solutions, marketing, data, customer relations, and also logistics, electronic logistics, and supply chain.

Additionally, Fricon was at a sub-event within this macro event called Equipmag, the retail experience event, where it demonstrated its new product, the Wine Cave. This product with its innovative, trendsetting design can store and chill beverages with an above-average visual impact.

During this week, there were also free conferences for participants, prizes for the sector’s best innovations, and also the possibility to visit Parisian stores at the forefront of technology and design. There were also events by the fair’s partners and even an evening of networking to establish contacts and solidify established contacts.
